Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of AIXCO GROUP’s General Conditions. The terms of this Privacy Policy – particularly those beginning with a capital letter – refer to the terms as defined in the General Conditions.

In order to provide the services it offers, AIXCO GROUP processes the User’s personal data, provided by the User during registration or through the use of the services offered by AIXCO GROUP.

The information collected by AIXCO GROUP includes the User’s personal information such as their name, physical address, email address, telephone number, bank details, identity documents, and professional information (professional activity, company, etc.) (the “Personal Data”).

The User expressly authorizes AIXCO GROUP to communicate their Personal Data, including banking details such as IBAN and/or account number, to companies within the AIXCO GROUP, partner companies, or third-party data processing services in Switzerland and abroad, to enable AIXCO GROUP to perform the services it offers. These service providers process the User’s personal data only at AIXCO GROUP’s request, in accordance with our instructions and privacy policy, and for the purposes of the Website. These service providers are contractually bound to respect confidentiality.

AIXCO GROUP undertakes to comply with the Federal Data Protection Act of June 19, 1992 (LPD), particularly regarding the processing of the User’s personal data.

The User expressly authorizes AIXCO GROUP to delegate certain tasks (such as financial intermediation, IT services and infrastructure, server location and maintenance, and other services) to companies outside Switzerland. This implies that data relating to the User may be communicated to such companies outside Switzerland.

As part of the delegation of certain tasks as mentioned above, the User is informed that certain jurisdictions may not have an adequate level of protection in accordance with the LPD. If the User’s Personal Data were to be communicated to such companies and the other conditions of the DPA are not met, AIXCO GROUP will request the User’s consent.

To optimize the User’s experience on the Website, cookies are used. Cookies are small files saved on the web browser that store certain configurations and data on the web browser to exchange them with the AIXCO GROUP system. Cookies are not used to store the User’s Personal Data.

The User can refuse to use cookies by modifying the settings of their web browser. However, by deactivating the use of cookies, the User may not be able to access all functions of the Website.

The Website uses Google Analytics and other third-party services to analyze Website usage. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymous information and generate reports on Website usage statistics without personally identifying the User. When the User visits a Website containing Plugins, their browser connects directly to the servers of the corresponding Social Network. By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of their data by Google, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, Hotjar, and others, in accordance with the privacy policy mentioned above and Google’s privacy policy.

The User can access their Personal Data at any time by accessing their account on the Website and can make specific modifications.

This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time, and AIXCO GROUP will inform the User of any modifications.
